Koray Aysın is the Leader of Corporate Sustainability at Perkins Eastman, a global architecture and real estate design firm, where he leads enterprise ESG strategy, decarbonization, and climate governance across operations and client portfolios. His work focuses on integrating performance, capital planning, and delivery—helping organizations move from climate goals to executable strategies across large real estate and infrastructure programs.
Motivated by work that combines value creation, quantitative rigor, and real-world impact, Koray led the firm to operational carbon neutrality and built firmwide emissions and performance systems that support low-carbon transition planning, capital prioritization, and portfolio-level decision-making. His background spans sustainable real estate finance and development, with prior roles at the World Bank and an affordable housing nonprofit, where he structured green financing and delivered portfolio-wide efficiency upgrades across assets. Koray holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland.
