Kelsey is an MBA student. She is pursuing her MBA to further her efforts as a sustainable fashion activist. Kelsey has always been drawn to the apparel industry’s impact; one change can reach millions of consumers. Alongside her studies, Kelsey serves as a Yale School of Management admissions guide and plans to join several clubs including the business and environment club, women in management, and net impact.

Prior to Yale, Kelsey worked at Eastman Chemical Company, a material innovation company, where she was an Electric Vehicle Program Manager, developing strategic plans for the continued development of automotive advanced interlayers to meet the special needs electric vehicles bring to the market.

Kelsey grew up in Illinois and as a STEM trained academic appreciates theory and learns best by doing. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Outside of her studies, she likes to run, practice yoga, hike, and propagate her houseplants.
