Kelly is a joint MBA and Master of Environmental Management candidate with a focus on food systems. Currently, she is a Non-Profit Board Fellow with Gather New Haven, a New Haven-based non-profit that manages a farm-based wellness program aimed at local low-income resident managing diabetes as well as 7 farms and more than 50 community gardens, and volunteers with Farm2People, a non-profit aimed at supporting a more local and sustainable food system in Southern California.
Prior to Yale, Kelly worked at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory and executive search firm, where she was an Associate in the Public Social Sector and Private Equity practices, executing on assignments primarily with conservation non-profits, renewable energy and infrastructure investing, and corporate sustainability.
Kelly grew up in Boston and has a BA in History with a minor in Arabic from Dartmouth College. In her free time, she likes watching women’s sports, hiking and cooking and perfecting family recipes.
