Katya Wendt

Katya is a joint masters degree student at the Yale School of the Environment (YSE) and the Yale School of Management (SOM) specializing in Ecosystem Management and Conservation with a focus on regenerative agriculture and just food systems.

Before Yale, Katya worked as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon focused on Intellectual Property Protection through policy and automation. During her graduate school experience, Katya has completed summer internships with the National Park Service and the UNDP Adaptation Fund Climate Innovation Accelerator (AFCIA). Katya holds a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology and Russian with minors in Management Studies and Statistics from St. Olaf College.

In her spare time Katya enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, crochet, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
