Profile

Kalyani is a first-year Master of Environmental Management student at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. She is interested in the nexus between finance and development with a specific focus on market solutions for environmental challenges. Prior to Yale, Kalyani spent almost three years working at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX), an impact investment company based in Singapore. As part of the Business Development and Advisory Team, Kalyani's work involved conceptualizing new products and services for IIX; developing research and advisory reports for INGOs, corporations, donors and foundations; as well as engaging in partnership development and program execution.

Kalyani graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Warwick, UK. She grew up in India and Singapore and loves travelling, water sports, and volunteering in her spare time.
