Joseph Swift

Joseph Swift is the Supervisor of Planning, Evaluation, and Regulatory at Eversource Energy (Connecticut) in the Energy Efficiency Department.  Swift has over 20 years of energy efficiency experience including program management, planning, evaluation, and regulatory affairs.

Swift’s areas of expertise include ground source heat pumps, building science, high performance construction, and HVAC design.   He has authored several technical papers including residential new construction and ductless heat pumps, and has taught building science seminars to building professionals in Connecticut.  

Swift has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island and is pursuing an MS in Power System Operation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
