Joselyne Del Rosario

Joselyne Del Rosario is an electrical engineer and a serial entrepreneur in the energy sector. Over the past seven years, she's established Nextergy and DREX, Ecuadorian startups that utilize innovative technology and financing structures to address challenges related to energy efficiency and renewable energy. She emerged as the winner of the IDB Energy Blockchain Challenge and participated in the Halcyon Climate Resilience Program for Latin America and the Caribbean.  Additionally, she was shortlisted for the Aurora Tech Award, recognizing women in technology. Joselyne prioritizes cross-training and outdoor activities to maintain a balanced lifestyle. Having earned a Renewable Energy MSc. with a grade in electrical power systems, ISO50001 International Leader in Energy Management Systems, she enrolled in the FDCE certificate program at Yale University, aiming to gain financing skills for DREX, a tech-based platform for clean energy project finance in Latam.
