Doctoral Student at Stanford University
Jennifer Wang

Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Jennifer Wang is currently a Ph.D. student with the Stanford Emmett Interdisciplinary Program and Environment and Resources (E-IPER), supported by a Stanford Graduate Fellowship. She has founded numerous organizations, bringing together people and resources across disciplines and sectors to address issues of human sustainability. Her current academic research investigates human behaviour change, looking particularly at shifts in decision-making and normative practices within business, public policy, and individual behaviour that impact environmental, and by turn, human outcomes. Jennifer is a recipient of the Canadian Top 20 Under 20 award, and has previously received Canadian and international recognition for her public speaking and debate skills, which she continues to develop as an oral communications coach at Stanford.
