Inbar Blum

Inbar Blum is an agricultural engineer specializing in water and soil. She is currently a Deputy Head, Business Development, Growth Division for the Israel Innovation Authority.

She is a graduate of the Technion in Haifa, Israel, where she completed both an MBA in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering.

She also holds a master’s degree with honors from the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environmental Management at Haifa University, where she specialized in policy and energy. She received her Master of Advanced Management at Yale SOM in 2018, where she focused on the connection between business and environment.

Before coming to SOM, Inbar worked as Head of Business Licensing at the Israel Environment Ministry. She led the industry and licensing sector in Haifa, and was responsible for managing, inspecting and approving business licenses. Prior to that, she worked at First International Bank of Israel. Inbar volunteers with the Young Leadership committee of the Boston-Haifa Connection. She developed and operated a project for social entrepreneurship, ‘Talk2ACT’, and participated in a unique women's leadership program.

In her free time, she loves hiking and traveling.
