Ifeoma Dike
Ifeoma Dike is a seasoned sustainability executive with over 16 years of experience leading ESG risk management, sustainability integration, and impact strategy across emerging markets. She is recognized for designing and implementing frameworks that enhance long-term value creation, strengthen risk management, and align commercial performance with sustainable outcomes across both public and private sector organizations.
She currently serves as Chief Sustainability Officer at CrossBoundary Energy, where she leads ESG strategy and execution for a distributed renewable energy portfolio valued at over $780 million, spanning 10 countries across Africa and Australia. In this role, she has played a pivotal part in embedding ethical considerations into investment decision-making, project development, and operational practices — ensuring resilience, regulatory alignment, and sustained stakeholder value across the portfolio.
Before joining CrossBoundary Energy, Ifeoma held senior leadership roles including:
- ESG Manager at African Capital Alliance (ACA), a pan-African private equity firm with $1.2 billion in assets under management, where she led ESG integration across investment processes and portfolio companies.
- Regional Director for West Africa at EBS Advisory, advising development finance institutions, private equity funds, and corporates on embedding sustainability principles into strategy and operations.
Her cross-sector experience spans renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, financial services, telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), FMCG, healthcare, real estate, mining, agriculture, and retail. Ifeoma brings a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to sustainability, with a strong focus on positioning ESG as a driver of strategic advantage, operational excellence, and long-term business performance.
