Harshit Agrawal

Harshit is a Master of Environmental Management candidate and a Three Cairns Scholar at the Yale School of the Environment, where he specializes in business, energy, and the environment. A member of the winning startup team at the 2023 Climate Innovation Intensive at Tsai CITY, Harshit is deeply engaged in corporate sustainability, decarbonization strategy, climate entrepreneurship, and venture investing.

Prior to Yale, he worked for over five years at one of India’s largest public energy corporations, where he led energy strategy, market analysis, power trading, and solar expansion, while optimizing $200M+ in supply chain operations.

At Yale, Harshit is further exploring private capital markets to drive impactful climate solutions, leveraging his founder’s experience in deep-tech and operator’s expertise in industrial decarbonization. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and enjoys literature, writing poetry, and hiking in his free time.
