Han Cai

Han Cai is a current MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management with an interest in accelerating cleantech innovation to catalyze industry sustainability transitions. Prior to MBA, she worked as an analyst at a hedge fund in Hong Kong uncovering and analyzing investment opportunities in China across renewables, consumer goods and healthcare.

She graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration. During her studies, she founded a climate tech startup in clean hydrogen and advanced carbon material production. She held internship at Rocky Mountain Institute, where she analyzed optimal production pathway for hydrogen production in China.
