Grace Buie

Grace is a first year joint degree student at the Yale School of Management and Yale School of the Environment where she is focused on the intersection of finance and sustainability, exploring how to integrate sustainability into investment valuation and drive capital toward sustainable investment.

Prior to Yale, Grace was an energy and sustainability consultant with Insight Sourcing Group, where she helped companies develop and execute emissions reduction roadmaps, procure both green and traditional energy, and implement energy efficiency projects. At Yale, Grace is a leader for the Business and Environment club, a participant in the MIINT student impact investing competition, and active in forest investment research at CBEY.

Grace graduated with distinction and highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Economics. She can be found outside most weekends, backpacking, climbing, or hiking.
