George is a third-year joint-degree candidate at the Yale School of Management and the School of the Environment. He spent the summer of 2021 as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Nomura Greentech in San Francisco. While there, he worked on projects related to EV battery materials, community solar, utility scale solar, and an energy efficiency financing platform. During the summer of 2020, George worked as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow with Greenworks Lending, the nation’s leading C-PACE (commercial property assessed clean energy) provider.

In his professional roles before graduate school, George was a Supervising Senior at Armanino LLP (2015-2019) and a Facilities Engineer for Occidental Petroleum and California Resources Corporation (2012 – 2015). George earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of California Santa Barbara, an Accounting Certificate through the University of California Los Angeles, and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

George is passionate about using new technology, creative business models, and novel financing solutions to address sustainability and climate issues. George was born and raised in the SF Bay Area, he enjoys basketball, surfing, hiking, music, and photography.
