Erik  Norell

Erik Norell currently works as a Manager at Accenture in the Washington D.C. area, He has also worked as a consultant on multiple projects with Climate and Forest Capital, the Grassfed Alliance, and Encourage Capital. His consulting engagements focus on regenerative agriculture, carbon finance,and sustainable investing.

Previously, he was Director of Market Initiatives at Armonia LLC, a small private equity firm located in Greenwich, CT that invests primarily in regenerative agriculture and sustainable food companies. In May 2016, Erik completed an MBA and Master of Environmental Management, where he studied conservation finance, forestry, and renewable energy. In 2015, Erik interned at Vassar College's sustainability office as part of the Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps. In 2014, he interned at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public. Prior to Yale, Erik worked as a contractor at the Defense Intelligence Agency and as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army. He also holds an M.A. in Islamic Studies from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
