There, she advises clients on how to improve performance by unlocking the potential of their employees. From M&A to technology adoption, IPOs to launching a newstrategic initiatives, she helps senior leaders to identify and communicate an authentic purposethat employees can believe in, and is in-line with the organization's brand. Prior to that, Emily spent 2 years at McKinsey & Company and worked in communications at Lockheed Martin and General Electric.

Emily holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. from Trinity College-Hartford.
