Elizabeth is the Head of ESG Strategy for Trillium Asset Management and a Portfolio Manager. She is responsible for firm-wide coordination of the evolution of integration of Environmental, Social and Governance information and concerns into Trillium’s investment process. She also manages equity portfolios, with over a decade of fossil fuel free experience, as well as provides equity research on companies in the utilities and renewables industries.
Before joining Trillium in 2012, Liz worked as a portfolio manager for Winslow Management Company, a division of Brown Advisory, where she had been since 2004. She managed two environmentally-focused investment strategies, and provided equity research with a focus on water and green transportation companies. Before joining Winslow she was a research associate for Tellus Institute, an environmental research organization.
Liz is currently a member of the board of directors of Our Bodies, Our Selves, a women’s health focused nonprofit. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary, and a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
