Destiny Treloar is a Ph.D. candidate at the Yale School of the Environment (YSE). Destiny’s dissertation examines mediators of food insecurity during crises in the United States. She is a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow (GRFP). Destiny is passionate about inclusive teaching and strives to refine her pedagogy skills through her role as a McDougal Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale’s Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning. Before her doctoral studies, Destiny acquired a Master of Environmental Science (MESc) from YSE and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Politics at Mount Holyoke College.
