Cindy Chang

Cindy Chang is an enthusiastic connector of philanthropic, for-profit, and non-profit communities to make the greatest impact on our shared communities. She is inspired by the passion of others to make a difference and seeks to leverage her business management, resource development, and entrepreneurial experience to help others become sustainable and effective leaders in their field. Cindy brings a love of learning, ability to develop strong, authentic relationships at all levels of organizations, and expertise in connecting and aligning strategy and implementation to every project and client. She is currently Executive Director at Groundwork Denver. Prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant at Prosono, a Denver-based firm that helps organizations align their strategies, people and systems for the rapidly changing future and leverages its success to drive positive community impact.
