Christy Eichorn

Christy Eichorn has over 20 years of experience in public and private sector program planning and management as an AICP-certified community and regional planner. She specializes in assisting communities in adapting to the evolving landscape of clean energy infrastructure. In 2024, Christy assumed the role of Senior Permitting Manager at Plus Power, a company focused on utility-scale battery energy storage. Prior to her position at Plus Power, Christy served as the Principal Consultant at Sun Daisy Enterprises, where she aided rural communities in carefully envisioning the convergence of energy, technology, and land use planning. She holds a master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning, and has earned a Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Certification in 2021, as well as completing the Clean and Equitable Energy Development Certificate from Yale University in 2024.
