Chris Kral

With nearly 20 years of experience solving complex, cross-functional business challenges through strategic initiatives and practical program implementation, Christoper currently serves as the Head of Sustainability and Sr. Manager of the Corporate Project Management Office of Principle Business Enterprises.

Previously, Chris served as Senior Manager in Customer Success for North America for Datamaran, where he supported clients through a consultative approach to help customers adopt the SaaS platform, increasing the effectiveness of their programs by leveraging AI to support data-driven decisions aligned with top-level corporate goals.

Prior to that, Chris was the Senior Manager of Global Citizenship and Sustainability for Western Digital, where he led corporate strategy and program implementation of Western Digital's Global Citizenship and Sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining Western Digital, Chris provided advisory services to Fortune 100 companies as a management consultant. His area of expertise includes organizational transformation, strategy, corporate governance, operational efficiency and supply chain management.

His previous professional experience as a program manager with NGOs and the public sector included work with the United Nations, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the National Wildlife Federation (NWF).

Chris proudly served in the Peace Corps working with local entrepreneurs on natural resource management and community development project in Africa and as a Lead Instructor for Outward Bound, developing and facilitating leadership courses.

He earned a management degree from Yale University where he wrote his thesis on markets for environmental services.
