Chase Howell

Chase Howell graduated from the Master of Environmental Management program specializing in Business and the Environment. He is interested in renewable energy project development and financing. Chase hails from Houston, Texas, and graduated from Colorado College in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science focusing on Energy Policy.

In 2018, Chase founded Cambium Initiative, a public charity working to bring sustainable energy to isolated communities in need. The organization works primarily in the high mountains of Nepal, funding the development of micro hydroelectric-powered mini grids. In the summer of 2022, Chase joined the new cohort of EDF Climate Corps Fellows and worked with Indeed.com on their environmental sustainability team to reduce scope three emissions and pilot Internal Carbon Pricing.

Chase can often be found on long walks (or very short runs) in East Rock Park.
