Caroline Stetson Dibble

Caroline is a joint MBA/MEM candidate focusing on nature-based solutions and climate investing. She aims to dedicate her career to conservation and leveraging ecosystems to benefit both people and the planet. At Yale, she serves as a first year leader of the Impact Investing Club.

Prior to Yale, Caroline worked on the investment team of a wealth management firm, specializing in impact investing. She has also gained valuable experience in conservation through Grand Teton National Park’s Youth Conservation Program. 

Caroline graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York. In her free time, she enjoys exploring tucked away places in New England, doing barre workouts, and cooking for her loved ones.
