Carly Berke
Carly is a joint MBA/MEM student interested in unlocking new capital for clean energy infrastructure projects that deliver cleaner air, lower energy prices, and new economic opportunities to communities in the U.S. and around the world.
Before coming to Yale, Carly worked for the U.S. Department of Energy, where she helped stand up a new federal program to streamline and modernize federal permitting for electric transmission infrastructure. She also led external affairs for Data for Progress, a progressing polling firm, and she supported the Climate and Energy Program at the think tank Third Way. She got her start as a field organizer on political campaigns.
Carly holds a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Film and Television from Boston University. In her free time, Carly enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking with friends, eating breakfast pastries, attending concerts, and planning her dream backpacking trip through Latin America.
