Brenda Meany

Brenda is a Sustainabiltiy Senior Analyst at PepsiCo. She graduated from Yale with a Masters in Environmental Management in 2018. At Yale, her focus was on incorporating sustainability into the consumer product supply chain. While at Yale, she spent a summer as an EDF Climate Corp Fellow at PepsiCo, working on advancing PepsiCo’s Performance with Purpose goals.

Prior to Yale, Brenda spent two years in the Sourcing department at ANN Inc. working on product development and production. She worked on the core team that launched the Better Cotton Initiative at ANN Inc, a program that works with local farmers to produce more sustainable cotton.

At the Yale Center for Business and Environment (CBEY), Brenda worked on research and development of the case studies for Yale's online course in Spring 2017 within the Global Network for Advanced Management entitled, "Natural Capital: Managing Risks and Opportunities in Global Resource Systems." Brenda also worked closely with Jen Molnar who is a CBEY Executive Fellow, FES alumna and Managing Director and Lead Scientist for the Center for Sustainability Science at The Nature Conservancy (TNC) on developing a case study for the TNC/Dow Chemical partnership and conducting corporate supply chain research for TNC.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
