Billy Gascoigne is the Associate Director of Conservation Strategy for Ducks Unlimited, Inc. where he focuses on innovation and partnerships to further conservation at scale. He also leads Ducks Unlimited’s carbon program, historically focused on the avoided conversion of at-risk grasslands. He led the project that resulted in the first-ever grassland carbon offsets issued by the American Carbon Registry, has helped author multiple grassland protocols, and is a leading voice on land-based carbon offset projects.
