Annamarie Martin

Annamarie is a Master of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment, specialising in water resource management. She is particularly interested in how water infrastructure can be financed and delivered at scale, including the use of innovative financing and cross-sector partnerships to accelerate project deployment. She is also interested in how businesses and organizations can improve water stewardship practices to better manage water risks.

Prior to Yale, Annamarie worked at Imagine H2O, a U.S. and Singapore-based nonprofit that partners with water technology startups to build solutions for climate-stressed communities. There, she supported the design and implementation of pilot projects between startups and their utility, government or industrial customers across South and Southeast Asia to de-risk and accelerate the adoption of new water solutions.

Annamarie is from Singapore and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Yale-NUS College.
