Andy currently works in Strategy & Operations at Hu Kitchen. Andy graduated with an MEM/MBA from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and the Yale School of Management in 2018. At Yale, Andy was on the leadership team for GreenLight, the SOM student liaison for the Yale Sustainability Office, and is on the planning committee for the Yale Food Systems Symposium. He spent the 2016 summer at Blue Apron, where he worked as an Operations Manager for the Quality department. Prior to Yale, Andy worked in land and fisheries conservation in India and as a strategy consultant in the US. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from Yale College. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, paddling, cooking, and public radio.
