Alisha has over 13 years of food & beverage industry spanning CPG, DTC, agency, distribution, and retail. Inspired to create a more delicious and sustainable food system, Alisha got her foothold in the industry while completing a dual MBA/MEM degree at Yale.
Currently, Alisha is the VP of Strategy & Operations at Brightland, a rapidly growing CPG food brand that makes artfully-crafted olive oil, vinegar, and honey sourced from family farms where she leads strategic planning, product development, and strategic sourcing projects. Previously, Alisha ran a food & beverage-focused branding agency, Interact, managed KeHE Distributor's exclusive brand (private label) business, and championed produce freshness at Target Corporate.
A startup junkie, Alisha is passionate about food entrepreneurship, innovation, creating sticky brand identities, and building scalable and profitable businesses.
