Adam Houston
Adam Houston is a Finance Associate at Plus Power, where he focuses on the development and financing of utility-scale battery energy storage projects. In his role, he supports project origination, modeling, and investment decisions that enable storage to play a critical role in decarbonizing the grid.
Before joining Plus Power, Adam worked across forestry, agriculture, and natural climate solutions, including managing the Yale School Forest's Quiet Corner Initiative, working at Yale-Myers Forest on Forest Crew, and planting street trees with the Urban Resources Initiative. While at YSE, he studied forestry, natural climate solutions, and finance. He holds a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Yale University.
As a CBEY Alumni Visiting Mentor, Adam looks forward to supporting students interested in forestry, natural climate solutions, and clean energy, and hopes to help students who are looking to make big pivots in their careers.
