Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Certificate Program

• February 3, 2025 – Opening date for certificate admissions
• March 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST – Deadline for admissions and scholarship applications – Complete applications received prior to this date are guaranteed to be considered. 
• On or about May 9, 2025 – Admissions and scholarship decisions are sent.
• June 4, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST – Due date for enrollment and Fall semester tuition payment – Note that there is no deposit for the program and reserving your seat, if admitted, requires payment of the Fall semester tuition before this deadline. 
• November 17, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST – Due date for Spring semester tuition payment

We will be holding Ask Me Anything & Info Session Events to provide you with a live opportunity to ask questions about program. Dates and registration will be announced in Early January. 

• July 7, 2025 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to July 14, 2025– Self-paced How to Study Online Module (one week)
• July 14, 2025 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to July 18, 2025– Online Orientation. Required live sessions will be held daily 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST. Optional sessions will be held at other times during the week.
• July 21, 2025 to August 11, 2025 – Self-paced Energy Foundations Course (three weeks). 
• August 11, 2025 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to October 6, 2025 – Clean Energy Policy Course (eight weeks)
• October 6, 2025 to October 13, 2025 – Fall Break (one week)
• October 13, 2025 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to December 8, 2025 – Technology Transitions Course (eight weeks)
• December 8, 2025 to January 5, 2026 – Winter Break (four weeks)
• January 5, 2026 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to January 12, 2026 – Self-paced Finance Foundations Course (one week)
• January 12, 2026 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to March 9, 2026 – Renewable Energy Project Finance Course (eight weeks)
• March 9, 2026 to March 16, 2026 – Spring Break (one week)
• March 16, 2026 (Monday 12 p.m. EST) to May 11, 2026 – Innovation Course (eight weeks)
• May 11, 2026 – End of program
