Student Writer Recruitment Social

Interested in innovative funding strategies in clean energy or environmental conservation?  The Yale Center for Business and the Environment is now hiring new student writers for the Clean Energy Finance Forum (CEFF) and the Conservation Finance Network (CFN).

Join us for Chipotle and Coronas at the Kroon Hall courtyard on Monday, May 9th from 5:00pm-7:00pm to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

Writing engagements can begin immediately.  New writers will connect with our professional editor, learn what makes a great news article and begin thinking about interesting topics for a first piece.

Student writers work with our editor to produce one to three articles per semester on news in clean energy or conservation finance (example).

Benefits of the job include:

  • You published articles make your name more searchable to colleagues and potential employers
  • Potential for your articles to be picked up by GreenBiz, Ecosystem Marketplace or cited in other outlets
  • Opportunities to attend conferences and other events
  • Hone your writing skills working with our professional editor
  • Network with industry professionals in the clean energy/conservation finance space
  • Flexible hours and workload
