Pathways in CSR: Career Spotlight on Paulette Frank of Johnson & Johnson

How can a Yale degree lead to a senior role in sustainability at one of the world’s largest companies?

In this interactive session, Paulette Frank (F&ES ’96), Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability at Johnson & Johnson, will discuss her career journey and help students reach insights about their own paths.

Paulette will start by sharing what she does now, how she got there, and how her personal experiences shape her approach to business issues. She will then identify key themes about careers in sustainability that students will discuss in small groups before returning to the larger setting. Students can expect to come away from this event with tangible lessons on how to create a career with impact at large corporation.
