Yale GreenLight Ideation Workshop: Fire Ox Foods

GreenLight is a series of highly interactive, fast-paced ideation workshops with leaders of organizations at the intersection of business and the environment.

Fire Ox Foods was founded by a Yale SOM and a Yale College graduate with the vision of making “delicious, vegetable-based food accessible to all.” Fire Ox Foods creates frozen plant-based meals spanning many cultures and tastes. With an emphasis on simple and clean ingredients, the dishes are perfect for people who want to eat food that is both healthy and convenient. Fire Ox Foods is currently tackling the question of increasing customer trials of their frozen meals during a pandemic when the shopping experience has considerably changed. (Fun fact: Find their delicious creations at P&M and Edge of the Woods Market in New Haven!)

Work with our GreenLight team to help Fire Ox work through a mind-bending challenge at the intersection of business and the environment!
