Workshop: Systems-Led Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship

Do you want to rethink how we tackle systemic problems, and what role you might play in that process? In this session, Yale SOM lecturer Daniela Papi-Thornton will explore systems-led leadership and introduce you to the Impact Gaps Canvas, a systems mapping tool to help you better understand your chosen challenge and identify ways to contribute to addressing it. Daniela will also share lessons learned from running a social enterprise and an education organization in Cambodia, as well as her work at Oxford’s Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. All are welcome to attend this workshop but is particularly tailored for those who have a challenge in mind that they’re interested in addressing.
