Patagonia and the Yale Center for Business and the Environment have launched An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Certified B Corporations and Benefit Corporations to meet the growing needs of entrepreneurs who seek to create companies with a positive impact on society. This guide will help entrepreneurs implement best practices, minimize legal costs and choose the right "B" designation for them.
