The Evolving Role of the Chief Sustainability Officer

Paulette Frank, Chief Sustainability Officer at Johnson & Johnson, and Sophie Beckham, Chief Sustainability Officer at International Paper Company, will lead a conversation exploring the evolving role of the CSO and the changing corporate sustainability landscape. 

Drawing on their experiences leading sustainability at global companies, the session will examine how CSO roles are evolving, how sustainability leaders are driving organizational change, and the skills and career pathways emerging in corporate sustainability.
