Regenerative Agriculture & Just Food System Lab Course Public Presentations

Final project presentations will be shared with the public by four student teams and their Project Partners from the Regenerative Agriculture & Just Food Systems Lab Course from Fall 2024. 

The Projects that will be presented are:

  • Reparative Investing w/ Black Farmer Fund - Student Team:  Ta’ah Baxter, Alex Dial, Urja Gada, Sarah Pieslak
  • Hemp Growing for Fiber w/ SEAmarron Farmstead - Student Team: Shivani Abensour, Katya Wendt, Rahul Shah, Marshall McCall
  • Coffee Cherry Pulp & Circular Economies w/ Sacred Seasonal, Finca Nuevo Mexico, Lalo Perez - Student Team: Jorge Forero, Lauren D’Souza, Olivia Brinks, Oswaldo Morales Solorzano, Caitlyn Finnegan
  • Community-driven National Good Food Purchasing Policy w/ HEAL Food Alliance & Good Food Communities - Student Team: Miki Nakano, Nasra Mohamed, Emily Kaufman, Kate Gehrke
