Connecting Sustainable Fashion Initiatives in Higher Ed

Join us for a conversation at the intersection of fashion, climate, and higher education on Thursday, April 2 (4:40–7:00 PM). As sustainable fashion continues to evolve, universities have a critical role to play in shaping the systems, skills, and partnerships needed for impact. We hope you’ll join us for this timely conversation!

Co-hosted by Columbia Climate School and Yale Center for Business and the Environment (CBEY), this event will discuss the current landscape of several university-led initiatives—highlighting where momentum is building, where gaps remain, and where collaboration can accelerate progress.

We'll be hosting:
• A keynote from Alexis Abramson, Dean of the Climate School at Columbia University
• A panel on institutional approaches and curriculum across climate, design, policy, and education
• A panel on student-led work and cross-campus collaboration
• A networking session connecting students and professionals advancing this space
