Carbon Tax on Talent

A new global study of more than 3,700 students at 29 top business schools, conducted by Yale University in collaboration with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the Global Network for Advanced Management, finds that students want aggressive leadership in the search for solutions to environmental challenges. This perspective is shaping their employment choices – 44% of business students would take a smaller paycheck in order to work for an environmentally friendly company. Simply put, there is a carbon tax on talent.

This webinar will take participants through the key findings of the research report and discuss implications for those seeking to hire top talent and for business schools educating our future leaders.
