Building a Mission Driven Board

At 26 years old, Carrie Rich raised two million dollars in two weeks to start the Global Good Fund (GGF), with the belief that investing in young leaders is the most effective vehicle for addressing society’s most complex social challenges. Four years later, GGF is a thriving leadership development enterprise built by and for social entrepreneurs that identifies high-potential leaders and accelerates their success. To date, GGF has invested in social entrepreneurs from over 25 countries working across sectors. In this workshop, Carrie will discuss the importance of building a board that is aligned with your values, how to manage a board effectively, and how to bring people together around a common goal.
