Below are some key dates to be aware of as you move through the application process and program execution.

August 1, 2025 - Applications Open
October 1, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET – Priority deadline for admission and tuition discount applications.
November 10, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET - Deadline to submit application without consideration for tuition discount. Completed applications that are submitted by this deadline are guaranteed to be considered for admissions.
on or about November 24, 2025 - Admissions decisions are posted.
December 12, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET – Due date for enrollment and first tuition payment. Note that there is no deposit for the program and reserving your seat, if admitted, requires first tuition payment in full before this deadline.
January 18, 2026 - Last date to withdraw with a refund less a $500 cancellation fee.
January 19, 2026 - CEED program begins. Please refer to the academic calendar for course dates, on this page.
February 16, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET - Deadline to submit second tuition payment.
June 1, 2026 - CEED program ends

January 12, 2026* to January 25, 2026 – How to Study Online course (3 hours, self-paced)
January 19, 2026 to January 23, 2026 – Online Orientation – Synchronous online orientation sessions held on Zoom, daily from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET
January 26, 2026 to February 15, 2026 – Foundations course (3 weeks, self-paced)
February 16, 2026 to February 22, 2026 – Academic break with no program activities (one week)
February 23, 2026 to March 29, 2026 – Energy Justice course with weekly live sessions on Thursdays (5 weeks)
March 30, 2026 to April 5, 2026 – Academic break with no program activities (one week)
April 6, 2026 to June 1, 2026 – Clean Energy Development course with weekly live sessions on Thursdays (8 weeks)
