CEED 2027 Program Calendar
Below are some key dates to be aware of as you move through the application process and program execution.

Application, Enrollment, and Payment Deadlines
July 31, 2026 – Applications open for the CEED certificate program.
October 5, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET – Priority deadline for admissions and tuition discount applications.
November 9, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET – Deadline to submit application without consideration for tuition discount.
On or about November 23, 2026 – Admissions decisions are posted.
December 11, 2026 – Due date for enrollment and first tuition payment – Note that there is no deposit for the program and reserving your seat, if admitted, requires first tuition payment in full before this deadline.
January 17, 2027, 11:59 p.m. ET – Last day to withdraw for a tuition refund, less $500 tuition payment
February 22, 2027, 11:59 p.m. ET – Due date for second tuition payment

- Dec 17, 2026 – Jan 18, 2027: How to Study Online HTSO (approx. 3 hours)
- Week of Jan 18, 2027 (daily 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET): Online Orientation (Zoom synchronous sessions)
- Jan 25 – Feb 22, 2027: Foundations courses (4 weeks)
- Feb 22 – Mar 1, 2027: Academic Break I (no program activities)
- Mar 1 – Apr 5, 2027: Energy Justice core course (5 weeks)
- Apr 5 – Apr 19, 2027: Academic Break II (no program activities)
- Apr 19 – Jun 14, 2027: Clean Energy Development core course (8 weeks)
