Lindsey Brace Martinez

Lindsey has 30+ years of investment and management experience, is a recognized thought leader in sustainable finance and has a proven track record working both with asset management firms as well as sophisticated global institutional investors at top tier endowments, foundations and family offices. 

At StarPoint Advisors, Lindsey is a strategic partner to leaders at investment and asset management firms and funds, private operating companies, and mission-forward institutions who want to build, realign and scale institutional-quality sustainable solutions, strategies and portfolios.  She collaborates with her clients on business strategy and execution, market positioning and client engagement, network expansion, and partnership development and negotiation.  Lindsey has particular interest and expertise in the natural resource sector.

Prior to founding StarPoint, Lindsey spent 15 years in various Executive roles at Cambridge Associates, a global investment firm, where she advised hundreds of institutions and family offices on specific organizational, strategic and investment challenges and opportunities.  Previously, she was a portfolio analyst and manager at the Hancock Timber Resource Group; senior consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton; and held roles at several economic development and conservation-focused non-profits.

Lindsey sits on several Boards including Impax Asset Management Group, Pax World Funds, Onward Energy and the Seven Islands Land Company.  Lindsey is the Co-Chair of the Advisory Board for the Yale Center for Business and Environment and is the US Ambassador for the 2041 Foundation.  She has served on several investment committees, including the National Geographic Society.  She received an MBA and MES from Yale University and a BA from Dartmouth College.
