Justin Lindenmayer is Vice President of Operations at Over Easy.

Before a move to Over Easy, Justin was Senior Operations Director at Rodeo CPG, where he helped provide full back-end operations & supply chain solutions to emerging natural products brands so they can focus on selling and marketing their products. Prior to that, he was a Product Manager at Verde Farms LLC, one of the nation's leading organic grass-fed beef suppliers, where he was responsible for bringing new products to market and managing the performance of existing products.

At Verde Farms, Justin served as Director of Operations for Newburyport, MA based Good Tastes (Buen Sabor), a natural frozen food company, where he managed all aspects of the company's supply chain and day to day operations. Justin was hired as employee #2 at the then-start up upon graduating from his MBA/MEM. In addition to his supply chain responsibilities, Justin played a significant role in managing the company's sales and marketing efforts, including growing the company's distribution from 0 to 1300+ doors of distribution during his tenure.

While at Yale Justin completed a supply chain & sustainability internship at Preserve, a CPG company that uses recycled materials to manufacture personal care and kitchenware products, and an EDF Climate Corps Fellowship at Nestle Waters North America, where he identified hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy efficiency investment opportunities. Through his coursework, Justin also served as a sustainability consultant for Diageo, Stonyfield Farm, Chipotle, Curtis Packaging, and Sears Canada.

Prior to Yale Justin managed a residential energy efficiency program for Connecticut Light & Power.

In addition to his MBA and MEM from Yale, Justin holds a BA in International Studies from Middlebury College. Justin's passions include his 2 young children, hiking, travel, baseball, cooking, and a great glass of wine.
