Judy Chang

Judy is currently in marketing at Blue Onion. She graduated with a dual degree of Master of Advanced Management at the School of Management at Yale and the Master of Business Administration at the National University of Singapore. During her time at Yale, Judy worked in the Social Environment Entrepreneur (SEE) team to research and design the workshop series. The goal of SEE workshops is to provide the essential tools and foundation for the inspired Social Environment Entrepreneur to take the first step in the entrepreneur journey. During her MBA journey in Singapore, Judy completed the 10 weeks Lean Launchpad program with NUS Enterprise. Upon the completion of the program, Judy helped to turn the research to commercialization – from designing the minimal viable product to the go-to-market strategy. Prior to her MBA, Judy worked as a HR profession in the Silicon Valley for 5+ years and had experiences working with small, mid and large size companies.
