Sarah  Ham

Sarah Ham leads the consumer charge at HOVER as they organize the world’s physical structures for the benefit of the owners of every building on earth. Our technology turns smartphone photos into propertydata that helps homeowners protect and improve the largest asset in their life.

Prior to that, Sarah was General Manager/Acting CEO at Haus. Sarah built Haus from its inception and was responsible for product and business strategy, business development and partnerships, hiring and day-to-day management of 20 full-time and contract employees. Prior to this, she was Asso­ciate at DBL Investors, which she joined in 2011. Sarah sourced and per­formed dili­gence on invest­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties, advised port­fo­lio com­pany man­age­ment, and helped port­fo­lio com­pa­nies imple­ment their dou­ble bot­tom line practices.

Sarah was a Sum­mer Asso­ciate with DBL Investors in 2010 in which she researched indus­try trends and per­formed due dili­gence on invest­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties. Sarah grad­u­ated from the Yale School of Man­age­ment in 2011. At Yale SOM, Sarah focused on entre­pre­neur­ship in devel­op­ing mar­kets, social inno­va­tion and invest­ments. She led the design of and chaired the inau­gural Yale SOM Edu­ca­tion Busi­ness Plan Com­pe­ti­tion. Prior to Yale, Sarah was the finance direc­tor for a con­gres­sional cam­paign and a mar­ket­ing con­sul­tant with the Mar­ket­Bridge Corporation.

Sarah received her BA from Stan­ford University.
