Rafael Torres

Rafael is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Mexico City. Prior to that, he was an Engagement Manager and an Associate at McKinsey. At McKinsey, he has led the definition of 5-year business plans for several major companies in Mexico & the US, defined an entry strategy to a new country for a major metals company, ;ed the development of a tax-break proposal to improve profitability in the short term for a NOC, and developed a financing strategy for major infrastructure projects. He holds an MBA from Yale and a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from the Ibero-American University in Mexico City.
