Priyanka Karuvelil

Priyanka is an Associate at McKinsey and Company, where she provides insight and counsel to top team clients on organization design and capability building, enterprise agility and transformation in a variety of sectors including financial institutions and energy.

Priyanka received her MBA from Yale University in 2017, where she worked as a research assistant on the Solar Energy Evolution and Diffusion Studies (SEEDs) team. In this role, she worked closely with the team at the Centre for Business and Environment at Yale (CBEY) to write the guidebook that serve to influence novel behavioral strategies that will be used to promote the diffusion of solar energy. At the School of Management (SOM), Priyanka also represented her class on the Graduate and Professional School Senate (GPSS). Prior to Yale, Priyanka worked for the Government of Alberta as an Associate Director of Stakeholder Relations for the Department of Energy. In this role, she engaged with diverse stakeholders on energy transport and climate change issues. Priyanka also holds a BA in Economics & Political Science from McGill University and a MA in International Relations from New York University. In her spare time, Priyanka enjoys cooking, travelling and painting, all pursuits that she avidly chronicles on Instagram (@priyankaruvelil).
