Olivia Sanchez Badini

Olivia Sánchez Badini is currently an Associate at McKinsey & Company. She graduated with a joint MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. She is interested in conservation finance and impact investing. She has worked with Alter Eco Foods (a B Corp focused on fair trade and organic chocolate), and VegInvest (a vegan venture capital fund). Other past work experiences include the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Korea, where she carried out corporate engagement projects in the area of climate and energy, and the United Nations Forum on Forests.

At CBEY, Olivia was part of the Conservation Finance Network, working on Nature’s Returns: Investing in Ecosystem Services webinar series. She was also a Communications Fellow at the Yale Institute for Biospheric Studies. Olivia is originally from Mexico City. She graduated with honors from the University of British Columbia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Conservation. She is a consulting member of the International Forestry Students' Association.
