Jeff is an environmental analyst in the CT Department of Energy & Environmental Protection’s Office of Climate Change, where he works on the state greenhouse gas inventory, renewable thermal technologies, regional climate strategy, and municipal clean energy. He studied environmental policy at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and held a research fellowship in environmental studies at New York University. He taught environmental policy, environmental studies, and environmental planning at the University of Texas at Arlington as well as environmental studies and science/technology studies at New Jersey Institute of Technology. His prior research included a focus on how municipalities engage in climate change mitigation.
